POLYETHERESTERAMIDES AND COMPOSITIONS OF ANTISTATIC POLYMERS CONTAINING THE SAME

The invention relates to polyetheresteramides (B) with polyamide blocks containing dicarboxylic acid sulphonates as chain terminators of the polyamide block or associated with a diamine as one of the monomers making up the polyamide block; and with polyether blocks essentially comprising alkylene oxide units. The invention also relates to polyetheresteramides (B) with polyamide oligomer-type polyamide blocks with low mole weights or copolyamide-type polyamide blocks comprising dicarboxylic acid sulphonates and having polyether blocks which are adducts of alkylene oxide of an aromatic diol. The invention also relates to compositions of antistatic or "breathable" polymers containing a thermoplastic polymer (A) and at least one of the aforementioned polyetheresteramides (B).
