<p>A rain water storing/infiltrating structure capable of being constructed in buildings, facilities such as roads, channels, parks and playgrounds, factory sites and household sites, a water storing block used for it, and a connecting member connecting water storing blocks together. The rain water storing/infiltrating structure comprises an impervious material layer at the recessed portion of the ground and a hard resin foam set in the impervious material layer, and is provided with a water storing layer consisting of water storing blocks having inner spaces and with a covering layer, thereby it is possible to construct a deep water storing layer, a large work space is not needed because no heavy equipment is needed during the construction, and a high water-storing capacity per site area is provided to the structure.</p> |
