The valve has a movable element, a valve element movable reciprocally with it, a bias device, a coil opposing the bias device, a fixed element with a cylindrical section and an attraction section, whereby the fixed and movable elements form a magnetic circuit, and a non-magnetic beaker element in the fixed element that extends radially to cover an end of the movable element and axially to cover a gap. The valve has a movable element (21), a valve element (30) movable reciprocally with the movable element, a bias device (50), a coil (16) opposing the bias device, a fixed element (11,12) with a cylindrical section (11a) and an attraction section (12a), whereby the fixed and movable elements form a magnetic circuit, and a non-magnetic beaker element (25) within the fixed element that extends radially to cover an end of the movable element and axially to cover a gap (19) between the fixed and movable elements as far as the attraction section.
