N-Cycloalkyl thiooxamide derivatives represented by general formula (I) wherein R<1> represents alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkylcycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, cycloalkenylalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, dialkoxyalkyl, phenoxyalkyl, piperidinylalkyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, naphthylalkyl, pyridyl, phenylalkyl, phenylalkyl substituted at the benzene ring, etc. Drugs which have a novel function mechanism participating in the activation of T cells and mast cells participating in immunity and allergic reactions and inhibiting tyrosine phosphatase carried by CD45 antigen.
