PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic incoming call distribution system that an exclusive called party can reply an ACD incoming call from the same caller. SOLUTION: A caller specific number recognition section 2 recognizes a caller number from an ACD incoming call. A call priority connection information collation section 3 inquires of a call priority connection information database 4 about the caller number to read a corresponding called party individual call number. An incoming call connection processing section 5 calls and connects with a corresponding attendant board 10 by a called party individual call number. A call connection information automatic recognition section 8 stores the caller number and the called party individual call number of the called party to the call priority connection information database 4 via a call priority connection information storage section 9. An incoming call connection auxiliary processing section 6 conducts waiting processing when connection is disabled because the called party is busy or in an incoming call reject state, and connects with any incoming call attendant board in interlocking with the incoming call individual ACD call control processing or an attendant board dependent ACD call control processing.
