SOLVENT-FREE POLYURETHANE-POLYMER-HYBRID-DISPERSION AND USE THEREOF

The invention relates to a solvent-free polyurethane-polymer-hybrid-dispersi on containing a large proportion of solid polymer or formulation constituents. Said dispersion is obtained by: a) producing a polyurethane base dispersion in multiple stages and; b) then producing a polyurethane-polymer-hybrid- dispersion. This polyurethane-polymer-hybrid-dispersion is characterised not only by its complete lack of solvents, in that it contains a high proportion of solids while having a low degree of viscosity, and by a technically simpl e production method but also in that it has excellent mechanical properties an d a high degree of water resistance due to its low hydrophilicity. The inventi ve polyurethane-polymer-hybrid dispersion is excellently suited to use in formulations for coverings of floors used for sporting activities, especiall y as a binder for elastic layers, as a spray or levelling coating on elastic o r rigid bases, as a bonding agent or filler, as filler materials for pore- sealing, as an adhesive for sticking pre-fabricated elastic layers or for sealing coverings of floors used for sporting activities.
