The stump of the tooth (8) is covered with a cup-shaped inner crown (6) and an outer crown (4) is forced down onto the inner crown. The outer diameter of the inner crown closely fits the inner diameter of the outer crown. The inner surface of the outer crown is covered with a friction foil (10) which fills the small space (1) between the crowns.
