PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supplying and discharging grille, in which air is supplied or discharged through the grille having an air outlet area or an air sucking area, larger than the opening area of the fore side opening end of a tubular unit. SOLUTION: An air supplying and discharging grille is provided with a main body 3, attached to a wall body 1 through a flange unit 2, projected outward from the fore side opening end 11 and whose rear end surface is abutted against the wall body 1, a grille 4, provided detachably on the fore surface of the main body 3, and a tubular unit 5, provided at the rear side of the main body 3 and connected to a duct (not shown in a diagram) arranged to form a ventilating passage in the wall body 2 while having an opening smaller than the fore side opening end unit 11. In this case, the main body 3 is formed of a bottom surface 6, projected outward from the fore side opening end 9 of the tubular unit, a slanted surface 7, slanted forward radially from the bottom surface 6, and a side wall 8, projected forward from the slanted surface 7 to form the flange unit 2 at the fore side opening end 11, whereby a recess 10 is constituted.
