Writing boards such as electric blackboards, etc. which can erase all the written information without wiping by the hand. On a front surface of an endless recording medium (12) provided in the electric blackboard (10), letters, characters, etc. are written with a writing tool (14). As the writing tools, those using an ink which is easily erasable with a cleaning liquid (37). At the back surface of the recording medium (12), there is provided a cleaning instrument (26) faced with the back face of the recording medium (12). When all the writing is to be erased, an erasing switch (20a) is pushed. A pump (34) is operated to move the recording medium (12). Thus, the cleaning liquid (37) in the storage container (32) circulates through tubes (30) and (33) and cleaning instrument (26) and squeezes the cleaning liquid (37) through an opening (26b) of the cleaning instrument (26) to the fed recording medium (12). <IMAGE> |
