<p>The present invention relates to fluidic valves for controlling the flow of a fluid in an outlet channel (106) which is supplied by a supply nozzle (102). The fluidic valves do not contain any moving parts and do not, therefore, suffer with mechanical fatigue as with prior art micro electromechanical devices. The values have submillimetre dimensions and preferably dimensions of the order of microns or micrometers.</p> |
