<p>Nucleic acid sequences are provided that are useful as amplification primers and hybridization probes for detecting CK19 target sequence in a test sample. The primers and probes can be employed in amplification based methods for detecting the presence of CK19 sequences in a test sample. The amplification product can be detected with the assistance of microparticle capture techniques.</p> |
