OLIGODENDROCYTE CELL CULTURES AND METHODS FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND USE

An in vitro differentiated oligodendrocyte-enriched cell culture is disclosed. Methods of making the cell culture are also disclosed. Methods are described for using in-vitro differentiated neural cells, preferably enriched in oligodendrocytes, in transplantations to treat trauma or degeneration of the spinal cord.
