A paving structure, for example for a road, car park and the like, comprising at least one foundation layer on which there is at least one surface layer of concrete, such as asphaltic concrete, as well as heat-exchange means which carry a medium for heating and/or cooling at least one surface layer. The heat-exchange means comprise at least one layer of porous asphaltic concrete, which at least one layer of porous asphaltic concrete is delimited on the top side and on the underside by fluid-tight layers, which enclose a reservoir which is defined by the open spaces in the at least one layer of asphaltic concrete, and contains the medium.
