The system has a pre-mincing stage which consists of a pre-cutter(4) in a pressure pipe(5) and in front of which is a double thread screw conveyor(2). The post-mincing stage consists of a one or two section cutting assembly(12) similarly installed in a pressure pipe. The pump cutting tool(25) as a compact unit on account of its vane cell housing(8) is installed between the pre-cutter and cutting assembly. Exchangeable cutting blades(28) are provided on the ends of the screw conveyor threads and the pressure pipe has a counteracting knife(6) on its outer inner wall.
