PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of enduring against a long term use by eliminating a partially mechanical stress at a cold storage unit simply mounted without skill for a mounting work. SOLUTION: Both ends of a cold storage unit 4 having a cooling plate 2 integral with a refrigerant tube 1 and a cold thermal storage material 3 disposed closely with the plate 2 are engaged at its lower part with a U-shaped sectional material 5t and engaged at its upper part with an upper side positioning mounting member 7t having a cutout 6t and a U-shaped sectional material 5d to meet the interval and the thickness of the unit 4 and with a cutout 6d of a lower side positioning mounting member 7d having the cutout 6d to meet the interval and the thickness of the unit 4. The upper and lower surfaces of both the ends of the unit 4 are retained by the surfaces of the members 7t, 7d of the upper and lower sides having no cutout, and mounted.
