PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that residual cold water between a hot water supply apparatus and a faucet is discharged when hot water is delivered while opening the on/off valve of the faucet and the cold water may be delivered, as it is, without being heated immediately after igniting the hot water supply apparatus and sprayed from a shower head. SOLUTION: The cold water circulation hot water supply system comprises a city water supply system coupling city water with a hot water supply apparatus, a main flow water system coupling the hot water supply apparatus with a faucet and delivering hot water, and a cold water circulation system coupling the hot water supply apparatus with a branch section provided between the on/off valve of a faucet in the main flow water system and the outlet. The cold water circulation system is provided with a circulation pump and the branch section at the faucet is provided with a thermal response switching means for opening the outlet side and closing the cold water circulation system side in response to hot water and closing the outlet side and opening the cold water circulation system side in response to cold water.
