As adaptive control has been practiced for respective transmitter-receivers with different reference codes, it has been necessary to provide different adaptive controllers for the respective transmitter-receivers. An adaptive array antenna device has a weighting controller by which weight factors are calculated and a weighting process is controlled so as to make minimum the powers of the array signals obtained by weighting and synthesizing signals received by the antenna elements of a plurality of systems, and an adaptive controller which, by the weighting process using the weight factors, forms the null point of an antenna directivity in the approaching direction of interference signals which have signal powers larger than required signals to eliminate the interference signals and outputs the array signals to the transmitter-receivers.
