Building plate is obtained from a starting mixture containing (in weight parts) 280-300 dry wood chips, 770-820 cement, 29-35 aluminum sulfate, 14-18 water glass, 435-495 water and 38-42 colored concrete and/or other pigment. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of the building plate comprising mixing dry wood chips, cement, aluminum sulfate, water glass, water and colored concrete and/or other pigments, scattering over a smooth flat steel surface and compressing at high pressure.
