摘要 PURPOSE: A temperature circulation type adsorption system is provided which maximizes energy saving effect in adsorption and recycling and promptly proceeds the adsorption and recycling processes by installing a thermal accumulator and a heat exchanger, and a method for operating the temperature circulation type adsorption system is provided. CONSTITUTION: The temperature circulation type adsorption system comprises two or more adsorption columns(11,12) in which adsorbent is filled, and which produces products through adsorption, recycling and cooling steps; a plurality of valves(16,17,20,23¯26) for controlling the flow direction of gas; a heat exchanger(14) flowing an inflow mixed gas maintained in the low temperature state into the adsorption columns(11,12) in which the adsorption step is carried out, and flowing a purified gas maintained in the low temperature state into the adsorption columns(11,12) in which the cooling step is carried out during cooling of the adsorption columns; a thermal accumulator(19) preheating the gas flown into for recycling the adsorption columns(11,12) using heat accumulated energy before supplying, and recovering heat energy which is contained in the gas in the process of discharging the gas flown into for recycling the adsorption columns(11,12) into the outside; and a heater(22) supplying the gas into the adsorption columns(11,12) that are in the process of recycling after preparing a high temperature gas by applying heat to the gas preheated by the thermal accumulator(19), wherein the adsorption step(or recycling and cooling steps) is performed in the first adsorption column(11) while the recycling and cooling steps(or adsorption step) are performed in the second adsorption column(12), and a closed loop including the heat exchanger is formed in the cooling step of the adsorption columns so that cooling air is supplied by the heat exchanger.
