PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty of detecting the difference of the reflected light because a method by visual observation, and a method by a color-difference meter detect the lights reflected by both of the front surface and the back surface because the plate glass to be detected has a high transmittance in the visual light range. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing the multiple glass judges the coated surface of the low radiate glass based on the judgment obtained by irradiating fur infrared rays of an exothermic body on the surface of the low radiate glass and judging the presence or absence of the reflection of the fur infrared rays from the surface of the low radiate glass by using a noncontact thermometer, at the position for charging the low radiate glass to the multiple glass-producing apparatus in the multiple glass producing apparatus.
