PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide asphalt stockpiling facilities that can stably stockpile an exceedingly large volume of asphalt for an exceedingly long time. SOLUTION: The asphalt stockpiling facilities for stockpiling asphalt A in a laky manner comprise bottom outflow preventing means, or natural ground 1, for preventing an outflow of the asphalt A at the bottom, and side outflow preventing means, or an embankment 2 of waste asphalt, for preventing an outflow of the asphalt A at the sides. The side outflow preventing means, at least, include the embankment of waste asphalt rather than natural ground.
