PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag made of soft packaging material which is equipped with a function of easily adjusting the pouring quantity with an excessive pouring prevented even in the case of being pressed strongly at the trunk part, and manufactured simply at a low cost and neatly in an external appearance while being easily disposable. SOLUTION: For a bag made of soft packaging material wherewith contents can be poured out through a spout 14 with the trunk 11 thereof being pressed by hand, a trunk outlet 12 having a large cross sectional area for passage for letting the contents pour out promptly on pressing the trunk 11 by hand, a passage bent part 15 formed in bending and small in its cross sectional area for passage for not letting the contents pour out in a large quantity from the spout 14 through the trunk outlet 12, and the spout 14 for letting the contents pour out, are provided.
