PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for carriage which can be folded by folding and overlapping a side plate on a bottom plate, less easily fold the side plate outward, and prevent the breakage caused by a careless folding operation. SOLUTION: Projections 31a, 1a, 32a and 2a are provided on an outer surface of an upper plate 31 and an inner surface of a side wall of a top plate 1 facing each other, or an outer surface of a lower plate 32 and an inner surface of a side wall of a bottom plate 2 facing each other with side plates 3 and 3 facing each other erected between the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 so that the projections facing each other are collided with each other when the side plate 3 is turned outward of the container. When the side plate 3 is turned and the projections are collided with each other, the side plate 3 is inverted and turned inwardly by the reaction, and stored on the overlapping position on the bottom plate 2.
