PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembling manhour for an intake duct. SOLUTION: The intake duct (intake passage) 700 is formed by utilizing an upper side beam member 410 having a substantially U-shaped section. By this arrangement, assembling of the intake duct 700 is completed by assembling a panel 400 to a vehicle with a duct member 710 assembled to the front end panel 400. Accordingly, the assembling manhour for the intake duct 700 can be remarkably reduced so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle.
