PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a beard dregs eliminating function by positively projecting each extruding protrusion part of a beard dregs extruding part while protecting guard lines. SOLUTION: An upper beard dregs eliminating plate 9 and a lower beard dregs eliminating plate in a three-blade safety razor comprise fixed parts 22, movable parts 24 and connecting parts 23, and beard dregs extruding parts 34 of the movable parts 24 are recessed into the blade tip 6a, 7a side and projected from the blade tip 6a and 7a sides. Each stopper part 28 is provided at the fixed part 22 and interposed between each guard line 12 and each depth of cut 35 of the beard dregs extruding part 34 to hold a gap G to each guard line 12. Accordingly, in the case of a large number of beard dregs solids being stuck to the depth of cut 35 of the beard dregs extruding part 34, when the upper beard dregs eliminating plate 9 and lower beard dregs eliminating plate are operated, the beard dregs solids abut against locking protrusions 28a of the stopper parts 28 without abutting against the guard lines 12.
