PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hooking fitment for hooking at height by which a perfect hooking and hanging condition can be always ensured with excellent safety. SOLUTION: An open-sided wing 8 for opening/closing the opening of a hooking part 2 of an apex is freely slidably fitted on a hook body. A long hole 14 for guiding is formed on one end of a pair of side plates 9 provided on the open-sided wing 8. A hooking pin 20 being hookable on a hooking projection 21 provided on the outside edge 15 of a hooking body 1 is provided on one end of an auxiliary wing 16 being freely rocakbly combined between a pair of side plates 9. A long hole 22 for holding wherein the end part of one inside edge 22a faces in the long hole 14 for guiding is formed on another end part of the auxiliary wing 16. A horizontal lever part 32a of a second hook 32 provided on the apex of an operating rod 30 is inserted into the long hole 14 for guiding to rock the auxiliary wing 16 in the direction where the hooking pin 20 is separated from the hooking projection 21 and to rock the auxiliary wing 16 in the opening direction and, only when the above open-sided wing 8 is under completely closed condition, the horizontal lever part 32a can be pulled out from the opening of the long hole 14 for guiding to improve safety.
