PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common storage case comprising a case body and an upper lid for receiving a single compact disk on a side of the case body in such a structure that a words' card, a leaflet or the like is stored inside the upper lid wherein a compact disk can be additionally stored without changing a shape of the case. SOLUTION: A disk storage auxiliary tray 2 is mounted in place of a leaflet 10 at a position of a leaflet housing 11 provided inside an upper lid 8 which is connected with a case body 6 of the storage case 1 so that the lid can be opened/closed. A tray body 20 of the auxiliary tray 2 is integrally formed with an engaging portion 22 which can be engaged with a locking protrusion 12 for holding a leaflet provided on the leaflet housing 11, a disk housing 21 for holding a compact disk 3, and further a notch 23 which assures easy removal of the disk 3. The auxiliary tray 2 is removably mounted on the leaflet housing 11.
