PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color cosmetic composition exhibiting improved adhesive ness, durability or the like to the skin. SOLUTION: This color cosmetic composition is obtained by including a cosmetic particle prepared by coating a new amino acid silicone polymer represented by formula I ((n) indicating polymerization degree is an integer of 1-1,000; and (k) and (k') are independently 1 or 2) on the surface of a dried particle such as an inorganic coloring pigment or an organic lake coloring agent in a proportion of 0.05-80 mass %.
