PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely attach a lower end of a cage or a device fixed thereto to a hole bottom. SOLUTION: Cage is split into an upper cage 10 and a lower cage 20, and the upper cage and the lower cage are slidable with rings 13 and 23 fitted to at least one of a plurality of main reinforcing bars 11 and 21 of the upper cage 10 and the lower cage 20 and tips of the main reinforcing bar of the other cage passed through the rings as being hooks 14 and 24.
