PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide synthetic resin compositions with much improved affinity of inorganic solids and the like for various synthetic resins and the like. SOLUTION: Synthetic resin compositions contain an inorganic solid or a solid silicone, at least part of the surface of which is covered with a polymer of an organopolysiloxane having (B) a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment composed of repeating units represented by the formula (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-22C alkyl group; and n is 2 or 3) bonded to at least one silicon atom of (A) an organopolysiloxane segment through a hetero atom-containing alkylene group at a weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of organopolysiloxane segment (A) to poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment (B) of from 5/95 to less than 99/1 and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-5,000,000.
