PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing the weight of a small vehicle seat of a motorcycle or the like and suppressing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This small vehicle seat structure of the motorcycle or the like is such that a cushion material 45 is placed on an elastically deformable base plate 32, the cushion material 45 is covered with a facing material 46, and the base plate 32 has a sandwich structure 33 of a foam core layer 34b and a solid layer 34 covering the above layer. Accordingly, the foam core layer 34b is formed inside the base plate 32 to increase the board thickness of the base plate 32. Thus, while the base plate 32 is reduced in weight, the rigidity can be increased.
