The invention relates to a liquid, multi-phase cleaning agent with at least two continuous phases. Said cleaning agent has at least one aqueous phase I and one non-aqueous, liquid phase II, which is immiscible with said aqueous phase I, can be temporarily converted to an emulsion by agitation and contains in phase II a quantity of at least one oil and/or wax of up to 50 wt.- %, in relation to phase II. The cleaning agent, together with a spray dispenser form a product which can be used in a method for cleaning and/or protecting hard surfaces, in particular, of furniture. According to said method, the liquid, multi-phase cleaning agent is temporarily converted to an emulsion by agitation, is applied to the surface to be cleaned and/or protected, preferably by spraying and said surface is subsequently cleaned and/or protected using an absorbent, soft object, optionally by wiping. |
