PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of effectively expressing strong and weak light interfering color tones on an overall surface of the sheet by incorporating a light interfering film as a design layer, laminating a transparent resin layer on the surface of the design layer, and specifically embossing the resin layer. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is obtained by laminating a film having a light interfering function on a thermoplastic resin sheet, and further laminating a transparent resin layer embossed in a large pattern having an embossing depth of 0.2 to 1.5 mm on the surface of the film in such a manner that protrusions and/or recesses of the embossing of a depth and a pitch of 0.2 mm or less as an infinitesimal embossing are incorporated.
