PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment container which is portable, lightweight, and excellent in sound insulation properties and has a soft touch. SOLUTION: This equipment container is constituted of a flexible structure which has a flexible plane layer in the form of a soft cloth or a film on its surface and a cotton or foamed polyurethane layer, which is a minute-void layer, inside the plane layer.
