PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder massaging unit capable of providing massaging along the ridges of the shoulders of a treated person and a massager equipped with the unit. SOLUTION: The massaging unit is equipped with supporting devices 60 having acupressure fingers 74 and 75, and a moving means 30 reciprocating the supporting devices between migration ends on the high position sides as the neck sides of the shoulders and the migration ends of the lower position sides as the arm sides of the shoulders, urging downward the supporting devices 60.
