PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg frame mounting mechanism that helps a wheelchair rider perform work while on the wheelchair and is safe. SOLUTION: In a leg frame mounting structure of a wheelchair provided on the front of a body frame structured by assembling pipes and having a pair of right and left foot plates at the forward end, the front of the body frame 1 and a leg frame 6 are connected in a manner that permits kicking them up laterally, and a fixing means 26 preventing swinging of the kicking up direction between the initial kicking up position and the final kicking up position is provided in the connected portion.
