PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a magnetic structural body with a resin layer made of an adhesive resin for preventing a drop from a magnetically structured denture so as to increase adhesiveness between a denture base and the magnetic structure and so as to reduce labor of a dentist and the like for an anti-drop manual work process. SOLUTION: In a denture attachment constructed of a holding plate buried on a tooth root side, a magnetic structural body buried in a denture, and the magnet structural body having a resin layer applied to the surface other than the surface attracting the holding plate, this manufacturing method for the magnetic structural body with the anti-drop resin layer is constructed of a polishing process for roughly polishing the magnetic by barrel polishing, a positioning process for arranging the magnetic structural body on a magnetic member, and a resin applying process based on a full immersion method for dipping the magnetic structural body on the magnetic member into a liquid resin tank and applying a resin layer to the surface other than the surface attracting the holding plate in the magnetic structural body.
