PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition having excellent slash moldability, mold release characteristics during powder molding of molding product and bleedout resistance and a molding material, especially a molding material for an interior automotive trim. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition for powder molding characteristically comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) and a mixed ester compound (B) obtained by reacting a polyhydric alcohol with a dibasic acid and a higher fatty acid.
