SAPOGENIN-CONTAINING COMPOSITION, ESPECIALLY COSMETIC COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a physiologically acceptable composition by dissolving diosgenin and another sapogenin having a similar structure in a composition containing sapogenin in a sufficient amount to provide the composition with a desired effect at room temperature in an enough period to provide the composition with a right storage state. SOLUTION: This composition comprises at least one sapogenin and a dissolution system of (a) at least one nonemulsified ester of a fatty acid whose hydrocarbon base chain containing at least 8 carbon atoms and/or a fatty alcohol whose hydrocarbon base chain containing at least 8 carbon atoms or a vegetable oil and (b) at least one branched fatty alcohol whose hydrocarbon base chain containing at least 8 carbon atoms and/or a fat-soluble UV screening agent in a physiologically acceptable medium.
