PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition that gives a molding having impact resistance and is suitably used for converting PET flakes recycled from used PET bottles into articles by using the flakes as the polyester component thereof. SOLUTION: This composition is a polyester composition comprising 100 pts.wt. polyethylene terephthalate (A), 70-20 wt.% low-softening-point impact modifier (B) such as a polymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound, wherein it further contains 1-40 pts.wt. modifier (D) of a sea-island structure in which component C forms the continuous phase (sea), and component B forms a discrete phase (islands).
