PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a cold rolled steel strip capable of appropriately controling a steel strip thickness and improving a yield. SOLUTION: When manufacturing a cold rolled steel strip through hot rolling, pickling, continuous heat treatment, a steel strip thickness after hot rolling is measured, based on the value, the operation conditions of cold rolling and/or continuous heat treatment process are adjusted, then a steel strip thickness is adjusted so as to approach a steel strip thickness measured value of the outlet side of the continuous heat treatment process to a steel strip thickness objective value.
