PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus easily stored and maintained, excellent in air permeability and preventing fouling with dirt on the wall of a veranda in drying the bedding at the veranda. SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted by hanging a flat belt 3 from a clip 1 and attaching U-shaped protrusions 2 to the flat belt, and two apparatus form a pair.
