PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cleaning petroleum solvent reclaiming device capable of sufficiently reducing the quantity of industrial waste without using a cartridge type filter, reducing disposal cost and dissolving cost increase caused by the use of throwaway cartridge, by a large margin. SOLUTION: This dry cleaning petroleum solvent reclaiming device has a filter 20 receiving and filtering a solvent from the washing machine body 10 side; a vacuum heating distiller 30 for leading in filtered residue in the filter 20 together with the solvent and distilling it by vacuum heating; a heat exchanging liquefier 40 for liquefying the solvent gasified by the vacuum heating distiller 30: a conveying decompression pump 50 for evacuating the vacuum heating distiller 30, leading steam generated in the vacuum heating distiller 30, to the heat exchanging liquefier 40 and suction-conveying the liquefied solvent; a moisture separator 60 for separating and removing moisture from a reclaimed solvent and returning it to the washing machine body 10 side; and an air intake regulating means 35 for regulating the degree of vacuum of the vacuum heating distiller 30.
