PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Bunsen burner for a prothetist jetting stronger flames than a conventional one. SOLUTION: A Bunsen burner 10 is provided with a barrel 16 arranged in the upper end of a supporting column 14 and extended laterally. The barrel 16 is installed to the supporting column 14 via a ball bearing mechanism 28. A tip 36a of a small-diameter tube constituting an air jetting port is protruded forward by 2-3 mm from a tip aperture 34a of the barrel 16 constituting a combustion gas discharging port. A heat-resistant cylinder body 46 constructed of a metallic mesh is installed freely removably to the tip part of the circular cross section of the barrel 16. The cylinder body 46 is arranged so as to protrude greatly forward beyond the tip 36a of the small-diameter tube 36, and its projection amount can be adjusted freely.
