An optical viewing device comprising a panel (23) for use in combination with a two-dimensional display (11) of an anaglypic stereogram, the panel (23) being placed between the display and a viewer. The panel comprises a filter (14) and a lens system (12, 13). The filter (14) blocks a first one of the half images from passing through a first portion of the panel (23) whilst allowing the second half image to pass through the first portion and blocks the second half image from passing through a second portion of the panel (23) whilst allowing the first half image to pass through the second portion. The lens system refracts the second half image that passes through the first portion towards one eye of a user and refracts the first half image that passes through the second portion towards the other eye of the user. |
