PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin lotion having a mild effect, no adverse effects and low stimulation and capable of improving injured skin in a feeling of using cosmetics. SOLUTION: This skin lotion contains 0.05-0.20 wt.% of allantoin, 0.01-0.3 wt.% of glycerrhizic acid and 0.05-0.80 wt.% of extract oil from plant essence. |
