摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper removing electrolysis method for a copper-containing nickel chloride solution capable of improving the current efficiency in a copper removing electrolysis stage and reducing the running cost thereby. SOLUTION: In a copper removing electrolysis method of a nickel-chlorine leaching method in which the raw material such as a sulfide, an alloy and sludge mainly containing nickel and copper is leached with chloride, and, from the leach liquor, at least a part of copper ions present therein is removed by an electro sampling method, after the formula of evaluating the current density of the copper removing electrolysis has been obtained from at least the three parameters of the amount of the feeding solution per cell of the copper removing electrolytic cells, the concentration of copper in the feeding solution and the oxidation-reduction potential in the chlorine leaching stage, the operation is executed so that the amount of the feeding solution per cell of the copper removing electrolytic cells and the oxidation- reduction potential in the chlorine leaching stage reach fixed values, the concentration of copper in the feeding solution required for obtaining the objective current efficiency is found from the above current efficiency evaluating formula, and the operating conditions are changed, and, furthermore, the mixing ratio between the copper-containing nickel chloride solution in the chloride leaching stage and a nickel electrolytic waste solution is changed so that the copper concentration in the feeding solution obtained from the above current efficiency evaluating formula can be made.</p>
