PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supplying device and an image processing device adding to the characteristics of a drive motor and exhibiting a desired picture quality and a desired high speed at the same time. SOLUTION: A driving force transmitting means transmitting a rotary driving force from a drive motor 20 to a sheet feeding means is provided with a change gear ratio switch means having a driving side gear 21a, a planetary gear 21b and an arm 21c. Normal rotations and reverse rotations of the drive motor 20 move the planetary gear 21b so as to transmit the rotary driving force through transmission paths having different change gear ratios.
