PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver a large quantity of golf balls by one piece each in a short period of time, to dispense with a small size and a smaller floor area and to make maintenance and inspection easy and handing excellent. SOLUTION: This device has a supporting stand 1 which has an inclined supporting surface (4), a golf ball delivery position determining mechanism 10 of an inclined rotary type which lifts and positions one piece each of the fed golf balls B to be transported and delivered and an air injection means 30 which discharges the golf balls B to a supply pipe by force injection of air in a delivery position. The golf ball delivery position determining mechanism 10 consists of a ball delivery rotary disk 11 which is arrayed and bored with ball holding holes 12 and rotates in an inclined state, a bottom disk 13 which is disposed on the rear surface of this ball delivery rotary disk 11, a ball enclosure side plate 18 which encloses the ball delivery rotary disk 11 at the circumferential edge of the ball delivery rotary disk 11 and a guide plate 21 which has a delivery hole 22 opened at the breadth longer than the diameter of the ball holding holes 12 at the ball delivery rotary disk 11 and is disposed on the surface of the ball delivery rotary disk 11 in correspondence and alignment to the position of the ball holding holes 12 in the delivery position of the golf balls B.
