PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively avoid the damage of a PC plate by enhancing a degree of freedom of a relative displacement amount between the PC plate and a frame member in a PC plate attaching part structure capable of effectively utilizing the rigidity of the PC plate as a resistant element against a story shear force. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 3 is provided on the PC plate 1, a support fitting 4 and a push fitting 5 extending in the direction of the action of the story shear force are penetrated and arranged thereon, a nut 6 is tightened on the anchor bolt 3 in a state where the edge part of a joint fitting 8 provided on the beam member 7 of a frame structure is interposed between the support fitting 4 and the push fitting 5, and the PC plate 1 and the beam member 7 are mutually attached to each other by sandwiching a joint fitting 8 by the support fitting 4 and the push fitting 5. The tightening of the nut 6 is performed so as to prevent the occurrence of the relative displacement between the PC plate 1 and the beam member 7 to the action direction of the story shear force of the joint fitting 8, the push fitting 5 and the like up to the prescribed value of the story shear force.
